I own a couple of websites that generate good income every month, even though I’m not actively working on them anymore .i.e. complete passive.
I usually don’t share my website or blog links publicly because they are built around specific niches and keywords that are not very difficult to rank for. Identifying these keywords required extensive research and experience.
If I reveal them openly, many people may try to replicate the same strategy, which would eventually turn those keywords into competitive ones.
However, I am willing to reveal one of my websites that used to generate around $1,000 per month. You can check its history and do your own research on it.
Along with that, I will explain the overall process of how you can build similar websites. I won’t provide step-by-step spoon-feeding, but you will get a clear and fair idea of how to create such sites on your own.
- Website: https://top9stuff.com [after expiration, this domain is claimed by someone else]

- Monetization Method: Amazon Affiliate Program
- Payment Method: Payoneer (direct bank transfer)
Now, let me explain this briefly for those who are completely new.
WordPress
WordPress is a website-building platform that allows you to create professional and premium websites without any coding knowledge. It is easy to learn, and most people can understand the basics within a week.
You will require hosting and domain name for wordpress website. [Paid]
Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is a model where individuals (called affiliates) earn commissions by promoting another company’s products or services using unique tracking links.
Simple Breakdown (Amazon Affiliate Example)
Amazon has an affiliate program. Once you join it, you receive a unique link for each product. When you share that link with someone and they make a purchase, you earn a small commission. The best part is that if the person buys any other product after clicking your link (not just the one you shared), you still earn a commission on the entire order. You can check Amazon’s commission rates for different product categories here.
THE STORY BEHIND THIS WEBSITE
I always believed that Amazon had a very low commission rate, and I used to wonder who would even buy products through my affiliate links. Because of this mindset, I was never highly motivated to join the Amazon Affiliate program. Before this, I had tried ClickBank affiliate marketing as well, but I couldn’t succeed there.
However, whenever I read blog posts and case studies, I realized that there was actually a lot of money in Amazon affiliate marketing too. I even came across several websites that were reportedly earning ₹20–30 lakhs per month. That really grabbed my attention, and it motivated me to create my own site.
I bought the domain top9stuff. com, which focused on product review articles like Top 9 Best Gaming Chairs, Top 9 Best Recliners, and similar content.
I did proper keyword research and found some good, rankable keywords. I wrote multiple articles and did some grey-hat link building.

After some time, a few of my posts started ranking in Google. Although most of my articles didn’t rank well, a handful of them performed well enough to help me reach around $1,000 per month in income.
Since the site was generating passive income every month, I started taking it for granted. I stopped building links regularly and didn’t update the content.
My focus shifted to other projects. Because of this negligence, the site slowly started losing its Google rankings, and the income dropped from around $1,200 to $700 per month.

At the same time, I was working on other websites and had also started learning about the stock market, so my attention was completely divided. Eventually, the site got penalized by Google, and I decided to abandon it.

I currently own several other strong websites that generate a handsome amount of profit, so losing one or two does not affect me financially.
Since this website had already expired, I shared it openly.
Despite everything, this site delivered solid earnings, and I still miss the hard work I invested in it—especially considering the very limited resources I had at the time.
